New customs facilitation measures for cargo clearance Iran’s Customs Administration announced in a directive to all customs offices across the country: In light of importers’ cash-flow constraints, it is necessary to take special measures to clear goods that have already entered customs, or will enter by the end of the current Persian month of Shahrivar, by accepting bank guarantees for import duties, taxes, and value-added tax under special facilitations.
