1. Provider and scope
Manshur is provided by Ali Talebpoor Amirhandeh, trading as Ahura, Warnstedtstraße 57k, 22525 Hamburg, Germany (“Ahura”, “we”). These terms apply to accounts and Manshur+ subscriptions.
2. Product and deliverables
Manshur is a browser-based media-intelligence and news-comparison service. The free tier includes the main feed, source directory and limited blindspot access. Manshur+ currently includes unlimited blindspots, weekly blindspot reports, the contradiction finder and reading-bubble tools, and ad-free reading.
3. Price and billing
Manshur+ currently costs €5 per month or €50 per year. The selected plan, billing interval, renewal terms and total price are shown again before purchase. The current international checkout is processed by Stripe. Paddle Checkout is not currently live; if introduced, the checkout and receipt will identify Paddle and the applicable buyer process before payment.
4. Subscription and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. Cancel before renewal through the available billing portal or contact info@ahura.cloud. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Editorial method and limitations
Manshur compares reporting and uses automated analysis to surface framing, source patterns and possible blindspots. Scores and summaries may be incomplete or wrong and are not statements of fact about a person. Check linked original sources before relying on a summary. Coverage of a country or political topic does not imply endorsement and does not promise checkout availability in every jurisdiction.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Scraping, bypassing access controls, harassing people, manipulating the service, infringing rights and republishing protected source material beyond lawful quotation are prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
Ahura owns the Manshur software, original design and original analysis. Publishers retain rights in linked source material. Your subscription grants a personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
See our Refund Policy. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability and governing law
We remain liable where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, including intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical for the contract. German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in the consumer’s country of residence.

Manshur+ umfasst derzeit unbegrenzte Blindspots, wöchentliche Blindspot-Berichte, Widerspruchssuche, Reading-Bubble-Werkzeuge und werbefreies Lesen.
3. Preis und Abrechnung
Manshur+ kostet derzeit 5 € monatlich oder 50 € jährlich. Tarif, Zeitraum, Verlängerung und Gesamtpreis werden vor dem Kauf erneut angezeigt. Der internationale Checkout wird derzeit über Stripe verarbeitet. Paddle Checkout ist noch nicht live; falls er eingeführt wird, benennen Checkout und Beleg Paddle und das geltende Käuferverfahren vor der Zahlung.
4. Abonnement und Kündigung
Abonnements verlängern sich um den gewählten Zeitraum, bis sie gekündigt werden. Kündigen Sie vor der Verlängerung im verfügbaren Abrechnungsportal oder über info@ahura.cloud. Der Zugang bleibt grundsätzlich bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums bestehen.
5. Redaktionelle Methode und Grenzen
Manshur vergleicht Berichterstattung und nutzt automatisierte Analyse, um Framing, Quellenmuster und mögliche blinde Flecken sichtbar zu machen. Werte und Zusammenfassungen können unvollständig oder falsch sein und sind keine Tatsachenbehauptungen über Personen. Prüfen Sie die verlinkten Originalquellen. Die Abdeckung eines Landes oder politischen Themas ist keine Unterstützung und verspricht keine Zahlungsabwicklung in jeder Rechtsordnung.
6. Konto und zulässige Nutzung
Schützen Sie Zugangsdaten und nutzen Sie den Dienst rechtmäßig. Scraping, Umgehung von Zugangskontrollen, Belästigung, Manipulation, Rechtsverletzungen und eine unzulässige Weiterveröffentlichung geschützter Quelleninhalte sind untersagt.
7. Geistiges Eigentum
Ahura besitzt Software, Originaldesign und eigene Analysen von Manshur. Verlage behalten Rechte an verlinktem Quellmaterial. Das Abonnement gewährt ein persönliches, widerrufliches und nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht.
8. Erstattungen und Verbraucherrechte
Es gilt unsere Erstattungsrichtlinie. Zwingende gesetzliche Rechte bleiben unberührt.
9. Haftung und Recht
Wir haften unbeschränkt, soweit dies gesetzlich zwingend ist, insbesondere bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit und Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung auf den vertragstypischen vorhersehbaren Schaden begrenzt. Es gilt deutsches Recht; zwingender Verbraucherschutz am Wohnsitz bleibt bestehen.
