Irancell Expands Communication Coverage in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari

Expansion of Irancell’s communication coverage in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari With the launch of a new rural communications site in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, Irancell has enabled residents of newly covered villages to access high-speed internet. The inauguration ceremony for Irancell’s rural communication projects was held online on July 23, with the presence of the governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and his deputies, the Deputy Minister of Communications for Legal Affairs, the head of the FAVA Park, the Central Region director general of the regulatory authority, the acting head of the Ministry of Communications’ USO office, the provincial director general of ICT, Irancell’s senior manager for the Central Region, and a group of managers and executive officials. At this ceremony, the Irancell rural communication site, covering the villages of Kaluvari and Qaleh Sameh in the Manj district of Lordegan County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, was inaugurated online by the governor of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari. With the operation of this project, the two villages of Kaluvari and Qaleh Sameh, with 59 households and a population of 282, were brought under Irancell high-speed internet coverage through an investment of more than 105 billion rials from the Ministry of Communications’ development plan (USO).
