Some managers attempt to appear progressive by using phrases such as "creative economy and cultural industries," while these concepts merely pursue market-making and the economic vitality of the art sector. Changes in administrative titles, such as converting the Media Deputy to "Media Deputy and Cognitive Warfare," without shifts in approaches, merely stem from superficial and translational perspectives. This note emphasizes that the use of modern technologies in cultural products does not alter the essential nature of art and should not feign discovery through nominal changes.
