Iran's Active Environmental Diplomacy; International Meeting on Dust Storm Mitigation at the United Nations

Following Iran's active environmental diplomacy and initiative, a commemorative ceremony marking the International Day for Combating Sandstorms and Dust Storms was held at the United Nations in cooperation with Iraq, Mongolia, and Senegal, with the participation of country representatives, senior UN officials, and high-ranking representatives of international specialized agencies, chaired by Amir Saeid Iravani, Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to New York.
