Heavy traffic reported at Qom entry points

Heavy traffic at Qom entrances / Commander Momeni: New parking layers in Qom activated. Deputy Commander of Traffic Police: Commander Momeni, Deputy Commander of Traffic Police, reported heavy traffic on all access roads to the holy city of Qom and announced that the volume of pilgrim traffic has increased significantly since this afternoon. Given the capacity of the first-layer parking lots around the sacred Jamkaran Mosque has been filled, two additional backup parking layers have been created at nearby distances. These have also been activated at the city's entry points, and city buses are ready to transport pilgrims from these parking areas to the nearest point to the funeral procession site. Drivers are urged to maintain calm and direct their vehicles to the designated parking lots only under the guidance of officers, and to strictly refrain from parking on adjacent streets, which causes road blockages.
