Meteorology Warning Regarding Flash Floods, Sea Turbulence, and Severe Heat Mohammad Asghari, a meteorology expert, warned of flash flooding in northern highlands and the Alborz region, severe turbulence in the Caspian Sea with 2-meter waves, and a 4-degree temperature increase in Tehran and several other provinces through the end of the week. According to this forecast, the ultraviolet radiation index in the capital has reached warning levels, and strong winds accompanied by dust will affect the Ilam border strip and the Mehran region. The expert emphasized the necessity of avoiding maritime traffic in Mazandaran and using protective equipment against sun and dust.
