Reports Received by Iran International

According to reports reaching Iran International, Salman Saljuqi, one of those detained during the December 2025 protests, has been sentenced to five years in prison by Branch Two of the Shahrud Revolutionary Court on charges of "assembly and conspiracy against national security." According to the report, Saljuqi was arrested on March 24, 2025, following a raid on his home by plainclothes officers from the Ministry of Intelligence. He has been denied access to a lawyer throughout his detention and judicial proceedings.
