JD Vance says he and Trump agree on use of military force, calls for clear strategic objective

JD Vance said the U.S. should not go to war for emotional reasons and that any military action must connect to a clear strategic goal. He added that in the conflict with Iran the U.S. has lost about 20 service members across branches, and argued that if those people are asked to risk or give their lives, the payoff must be "very, very valuable."
