Slovak Prime Minister said Western strategy to bring Russia to its knees has failed

Reported by IRNA quoting TASS, Fico said in a video address to the citizens of Slovakia on Saturday: had Western leaders not prevented the signing of an agreement that Ukraine had prepared with Russia in April 2022, the war would have ended long ago.
