Arab League expressed disgust at Yisrael Katz's remarks on settlement construction in Gaza

Arab League expresses outrage over the Israeli war minister’s remarks on settlement construction in Gaza Nabil Fahmi, Secretary-General of the Arab League, in a statement strongly condemned remarks by Israel Katz, the war minister of the occupying Israeli regime, regarding the establishment of settlements in northern Gaza Strip, and stressed that these remarks reflect Israel’s true intention to reoccupy the Gaza Strip. Fahmi stated in the البيان that the extremist approaches of the occupying regime are at odds with the peace plan presented last year as well as UN Security Council Resolution 2803, issued in November 2025.
