Iravani Wrote to Security Council Following US Violation of Memorandum of Understanding

The Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations rejected the U.S. allegation at the Security Council meeting that Iran had abused the Yemeni delegation’s visit to transfer military equipment. At the same time, Amir Saeid Iravani, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations, sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General and the President of the Security Council. The letter was written in response to the United States’ violation of the Islamabad memorandum of understanding and its continuing aggressive actions against Iran.
