According to ISNA (Telegram), we have about 7,000 cooperatives whose general assemblies have not been held or whose liquidation processes have not yet been completed. This means people's assets have remained non-productive for years. When ten years pass and the liquidation process of a cooperative is not carried out, people cannot access their assets.
