Omid Memarian, political analyst, commented on the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' early Tuesday morning missile attack on two commercial vessels near the Strait of Hormuz, saying it appears the Islamic Republic intends to keep the Strait of Hormuz insecure until it achieves full access to frozen assets and the lifting of sanctions; even if these actions lead to the failure of negotiations with the United States or military confrontation.
