Amin-Hossein Rahimi, Iran's Minister of Justice, said on the sidelines of Ali Khamenei's funeral ceremony in Tehran that the judiciary, Ministry of Justice, and government have provided the necessary conditions for people to file lawsuits and complaints, through representation by state-appointed lawyers, free of charge in domestic and international forums, for "psychological and emotional harm resulting from the loss of the leader." Mr. Rahimi stated: "The enemy's crimes are being pursued in international bodies and domestic forums, and strong documentation has been completed." He added: "According to the law, Iran's judicial authorities have jurisdiction to investigate these crimes, and it is possible to prosecute perpetrators including the United States government and the Zionist regime."

• He described the coffin of Khamenei's grandson as a "document of victimhood" of Iran's leader and compared it to Ali Asghar, the son of Hussein ibn Ali, the third imam of Shias.. Iran's Minister of Justice emphasized at the end that "this struggle is a legal battle alongside other forms of confrontation with aggressors."
