Reuters: Pentagon Must Release Minab School Attack Investigation

The Pentagon’s investigation into the Minab school attack should be released by next week Reuters: Democratic senators led by Kirsten Gillibrand have given the Trump administration one week to release the findings of the Pentagon’s investigation into the February 28 attack on a girls’ school in Minab, Iran; an attack Reuters says killed more than 175 children and teachers. It was previously reported that an initial U.S. military investigation had found American forces were responsible for the attack, because officials who selected the target had relied on outdated, unupdated intelligence information. The Pentagon has said the investigation is still ongoing and has no new information to announce, while U.S. President Donald Trump continues to deny U.S. involvement in the attack.
