What happened: The head of the Plan and Budget Organization said 30 million people registered their information in response to a sent message, and 500,000 tomans was added and paid per person to the commodity voucher. He said about 15 million people have not yet replied to the message and officials are concerned some may lack the opportunity or ability to register.
