Judiciary official: BRICS judicial network can operate as a platform for knowledge exchange on environment and sustainable energy

According to Mizan News Agency, the Head of the Judiciary’s Office said: “The BRICS Judicial Network for Environment and Sustainable Energy” can, with full respect for national sovereignty, judicial independence, and the differences among member countries’ legal systems, operate as a specialized and non-binding mechanism for exchanging knowledge and experience.
