Foreign Ministry Spokesperson: European countries can play a constructive role in the region

Foreign Ministry spokesperson: European countries certainly could, and still can, play a constructive and responsible role in relation to developments in our region, but apparently, due to their habit of yielding to the United States, they have no such intention.
