Qasr-e Shirin - IRNA - The mournful strains of “Chamari” resonated on Tuesday evening during the commemoration ceremony and symbolic funeral procession for the purified remains of the martyred leader in Qasr-e Shirin, the gateway to Karbala, as the border residents of this county mourned the martyred leader of the nation by performing traditional funeral rites, elegiac chanting, chest-beating, and local mourning rituals.
