Colombia's president has accused an Israeli company of interfering in elections. Gustavo Petro accused Israeli cyber intelligence firm BlackCorp of executing a widespread campaign to disseminate digital misinformation in order to manipulate the results of the recent presidential election in this Latin American country. Describing this interference as "the harshest blow to Colombia's national sovereignty," Petro announced that he will refrain from recognizing "the legitimacy of the new government."
