Ghalibaf: Killers of the Martyred Leader of the Ummah Will Face Justice

The Speaker of Parliament, in a message on the occasion of the historic funeral procession of the martyred leader of the revolution, wrote: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Honorable and grateful nation of Iran! The profound sorrow of losing our martyred leader and the final day of the presence of his blessed and wounded body in the capital of the Islamic world transformed into epic and consciousness at this critical and fateful juncture, and accelerated the movement toward the certain victory of Islamic Iran and the Islamic world twofold. The people who for 47 years have been the drivers and supporters of their revolution, over the past four months have every night cried out their hatred and abhorrence of the killers of our martyred Imam with chants of "Death to America" and "Death to Israel," and have demanded "revenge." The fulfillment of God's promise is certain, and the aggressors against the soil of Islamic Iran and the killers of the martyrs of this land, particularly the leader of the nation, will face justice for their deeds, and the final step of revenge against the arrogant will be realized through the liberation of the Holy Quds. The commissioned nation bid farewell to their leader and, as in the past four months, extended their hand of allegiance toward our wise Supreme Leader, His Eminence Ayatollah Sayed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei. We must be grateful to this people, who have not retreated a step on the luminous path of the Imam and the martyrs.
